"Dad, Oxes"
In 1875, señor Marcelino Sanz de Sautuola found a cave in his estate at Altamira by accident. He was fascinated by the cave and visited it often, but it wasn't until four years after the discovery that he took his daughter to see it. Unlike her father she didn't have to stoop to walk through it, allowing her to look up. When she did, she exclaimed "Dad, Oxes", as she discovered ancient drawings dating back to some 18,000 years ago

Full disclosure, I may occasionally borrow a sentence from Will Durant's Story of Civilization. I absolutely love that collection!
