Kitty Hawk

On December 17th, 1903, the first flight by Orville Wright happened in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. He flew 120 feet (37 m) in 12 seconds, at a speed of only 6.8 miles per hour (10.9 km/h). This moment was the beginning of a revolution in transportation—and a fulfilled dream for human kind
